COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN ULTRASONOGRAPHY DIAGNOSIS AND PATHOLOGY DIAGNOSIS ON CYSTIC LESIONS OF MUSCULAR LAYER IN CORPUS UTERI

Objective:To investigate ultrasonographic characteristics and pathologic types of cystic lesions in muscular layer of corpus uteri.Methods:Retrospective study was carried out in 25 cases with cystic lesions in muscular layer of corpus uteri.They were scanned by ultrasound before operation and confirmed by pathology after operation.Results:The ultrasonographic expressions of 25 cases showed that liquid area.or liquid area in middle-low level echo or echo mess area,or widespread cystic lesions in muscular layer of corpus uteri.There were many kinds of pathology diagnosis including cystic degeneration of hystero myoma,endometrial cyst,mesonephric duct cyst,hemangioma,leiomyo sarcoma,placenta increta and endometriosis of interstitial portion of oviduct.Conclusion:Cystic lesions in muscular layer of corpus uteri were rare and pathologic types were more,which were easily made misdiagnosis.Combining with history may achieve accurate ultrasonographic diagnosis.
