The Value of Hysteroscope and Laparoscope in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility Caused by Fallopian Tube Factors

Objective To study the value of laparoscope and hysteroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube factors.Methods The clinical data of 78 cases infertility women caused by fallopian tube factors diagnosed and cured by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy was analyzed retrospectively.78 cases infertility women were studied in terms of adhesiolysis,fallopian tube plasty,fenestration,and endometyiosis lesions electrocautery.Hysteroscopy was used observe the endometrium and fallopian tube openings directly,tubal cannulation was done under directvision.The pregnancy rate was followed up.Results It was found that there were 33 cases of fallopian tube inflammation,30 cases of inflammation of tube and overy and 15 cases of hydrosalpingix.Of the 3 kinds,pelvic inflammation was found to be responsible for 50 cases,pelvic endometriosis for 30 cases.The pregnancy rate was 42.9%(3/15) for inflammation of fallopian tube and ovary,20%(3/54) for hydrosalpingix.Conclusion Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy can safely diagnosis and treat infertility caused by fallopian tube factors,and to improve the recanaliztion rate of oviduct and postoperative pregnancy rate.
