clinical analysis of Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility

OBJECTIVE To research and analyze the hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility methods and clinical application value.METHODS 80 cases with infertility patients were examined,and hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy was used for diagnosis and treatment.We observed the status of patients with pregnancy.RESULTS Among 80 patients,polycystic ovary syndrome accounted for about 14%,as the second cause of infertility in endometriosis accounted for about 27%.The morbidity of primary infertility patient was higher than secondary infertility(P﹤0.05);On the other hand,as the the pathogenesis of first etiologies of infertility,the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease accounted for about 57%,which had a higher incidence of secondary infertility(P﹤0.05).In the medical treatment,patients with the pregnancy rate was 45%,which appeared in 2 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy cases.CONCLUSION The hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy methods could diagnose and treat infertility,and clear the exact etiology in patients suffering from infertility.
