Progress Progress in Endometriosis Model in vitro

The morbidity of endometriosis has been ascending in women of childbearing potential.Endometriosis has even become one of the major causes of infertility.Therefore,the etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis has been a hotspot in gynecological research.The establishment and application of in vitro model provides a new opportunity to study the pathogenesis and treatment of endometriosis.Cell culture and tissue culture are two forms of in vitro models.However,the two modles are totally different with pros and cons.This article elaborates the recent research progress in endometriosis in vitro model.
