The Improving Culture Methods of Human Endometrial Stromal Cells

Objective To improve the primary cell and passage cell culture methods of endometrial stromal cells,which would be one of the in vitro models of endometriosis.Methods Improved the procedure of separated primary cell,adjusted passage cell culture conditions and ESC purification.Results Of the 43 specimens,37 were successfully cultured and only 1 contaminated.The purity of stromal cells was 95% identified by cytokeratin and vimentin staining.Conclusion The yields of stromal cells could be significantly increased by modification of the procedure contamination.The isolation and culture of endometrial stromal epithelial cells can be one of the in vitro models of endometriosis.
