Abstract
Polimorfisme nukleotida tunggal pada gen VEGF -460 pada daerah promoter dan +450 pada daerah 5' -untranslated diuji hubungan pada penelitian kasus kontrol terhadap 50 perempuan dengan endometriosis dan 28 perempuan tanpa endometriosis. setelah ekstraksi genom DNA, dilakukan pemeriksaan polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) untuk analisis genotip polimorfisme VEGF
