Odessa National Medical University Summary At the article it was studied the relationship between the previous history of endometriosis and the course and results of pregnancies that have come about with a natural and artificial concept. A retrospective analysis of the peculiarities of pregnancy and childbirth in 222 women with endometrioid disease of the research and 220 ones of control groups without endometriosis was performed. It has been established that endometrioid disease has a negative effect on the course of pregnancy and contributes to the development of anemia, the threat of abortion and premature birth, abnormalities, placenta dysfunction, fetal growth retardation syndrome, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, increased premature births, caesarean section, postpartum bleeding, as well as the birth of children with a lower body weight. Conducting in women with endometrioid illness of artificial fertilization leads to an increase in the number of cases of operative delivery by cesarean section.
