Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the expression of cancer-associated antigen-125 (CA125) and cancer-associated antigen-199 (CA199) in ovarian malignant tumor and endometriosis and discuss its clinical significance. [Method] To compare the expression of CA125 and CA199 in ovarian malignant tumor, Endometriosis and benign oophoritic cyst by radioimmunity. [Results] CA125 and CA199 in ovarian malignant tumor significantly increased in Endometriosis (P 0.01). [Conclusion] Measurement of serum CA125 and CA199 level is a convenient method with high specificity and accuracy. It can be used in the adjuvant diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor and endometriosis.
