Through visualization tools such as CiteSpace, This study employed methods such as keyword clustering and co-occurrence analysis to systematically reveal the findings:The inclusive design approach is a new trend in museum interaction design.The research results indicate that a dynamic knowledge ecosystem composed of technology, cultural education and cultural heritage is the inevitable trend of the future.This study provides empirical references for museum staff when choosing and designing user-oriented exhibition designs.
