The Influence on the Oxidative Stess Status of Endometriosis Patients Treated with Mifepristone

Objective To observe the efficacy of Mifepristone on treatment of endometriosis.And drugs influenced on the oxidative stess status of patients.Methods 63 cases of endometriosis patients were joined into research group.and were added with Mifepristone.Results The total effective rate of the treatment was 88.89%;and After treatment,the patients' MDA was lower than before treatment(P0.05);while the GPx、AOA were higher significantly than before treantment(P0.05).Conclusions Mifepristone is an effective method on treatment of endometriosis.And they could achieve complete remission of patients' oxidative stress against disease.It will be a new mechanism of drug therapy.
