Abstract

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic era, the world has suffered an economic blow. This economic blow was easily felt in daily life. The prices of daily necessities and inflation rates have increased drastically, and helplessly identified members remain devastated with no source of income nor a basis to start from. According to the news, some companies filed for bankruptcy, and others saw their sales fall by half. Both individuals and companies have suffered serious economic depression since entering the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as new trends that fit the times, such as the ‘Untact era', came to the surface, companies quickly began to build various management strategies that fit the trend, and as people responded to them, the new trend of the era became completely formed. Even within the same industry, some companies suffered huge losses depending on what management strategies they implemented, and some companies overcame losses during the COVID-19 pandemic rather than benefited. In the end, even if a crisis such as COVID-19, which was difficult to predict, was encountered, it was judged that it could be overcome by grasping the trends of the times and implementing strategies that fit the trends.
