Advance in Pharmacotherapy for Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a common disease of women,whose incidence is rising in recent years.Along with the further recognition of the side effects of traditional pharmacotherapy,many scholars make some replenishment and improvement for their regimens of treatment,including GnRH-a add-back therapy,regulation of dosage of GnRH-a and medication cycle.Meanwhile,they also explore the new therapeutic routes,such as selective estrogen and progesterone receptor modulators,arimedex,anti-inflammation,immunomodulators,laparoscope operation combined with pharmacothenapy and so on.The advance in researches on pharmacotherapy of endometriosis is reviewed.
