65 Case Effect Observation of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Gestrinone for Treating Ovarian Endometrioma

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone for treating ovarian endometrioma.Methods 65 cases of ovarian endometrioma were selected as combined treatment group (A group) from January 2004 to January 2008 in Harbin 242 Hospital,and group A was operated by laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone group.Randomly selecting 45 cases of simple Laparoscopic surgery for the control group(B group).3-12months later,all patients were called on and analysed on the level of the symptomatic,the recurrence rate and the pregnancy rate.Results All operations were successful.the recurrence rate of Combined treatment group was 14.3% and the pregnancy rate was 27.3%;the recurrence rate of laparoscopic group was 35% and the pregnancy rate was 11.1% ;the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined gestrinone treatment can reduce the tate of relapse and improve pregnancy,at the same time receive a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
