Influence on Dysmenorrhea of Bushen Tiaojing Huoxue Decoction Combined with Enema in Treatment of Endometriosis

Objective: To investigate the curative effect and clinical value on dysmenorrhea of Bushen Tiaojing Huoxue Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: 50 endometriosis patients from September2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into western medicine group and combination group,25 cases in each group. Western medicine group was given pregnant three ketene treatment and combination group used traditional Chinese medicine orally combined with enema. The total efficiency score,dysmenorrhea and other symptoms improvement of two groups were compared after treatment. Results: After 3 months standard treatment,the effective rate of combination group was 88. 0%,the effective rate of western medicine group was 64. 0%,and the difference between two groups was significant (P 0. 05). Dysmenorrhea scores had no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0. 05). After treatment,dysmenorrhea integral in combination group was better than that of western medicine group (P 0. 05). Before treatment,the number of symptoms occur between the two groups had no significant difference (P 0. 05). After treatment,symptoms were significantly less than that of western medicine group (P 0. 05). Conclusion: Bushen Tiaojing Huoxue Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of endometriosis has remarkable curative effect,few side effect and low treatment cost and can effectively relieve pain,improve the life quality of patients,? and it is worthy of clinical application.
