Differential Diagnosis of Spiral CT for Cystic Lesions of Female Pelvic

Abstract

Objective: To improve the accuracy rate of spiral CT in the diagnosis of cystic lesions of female pelvic.Method: 15 cases with pelvic cystic lesions were performed CT plain scan, and their CT manifestations were retrospectively analyzed.Result: Of the 15 cases, 13 were benign and 2 were malignant.14 (93.3%) were correctly localized and 10 (66.7%) were correctly identified. Among them, there were 2 of ovarian cystic teratoma, 3 of ovarian cystadenoma, 1 of ovarian cystic carcinoma, 1 of ovarian metastatic tumor, 2 of ovarian endometriosis cysts, 3 of ovarian cyst, and 3 of pelvic cystic infeclious mass.Conclusion: Spiral CT is of great value for localization and qualitative diagnosis of pelvic cystic lesions.
