Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor(TNF) polymorphism and endometriosis's disease.Methods The polymorphism of TNFα-308G / A and TNFβG252A was screened by PCR-RELP.Results There were no significant differences in the frequencies of TNFα-308G / A and TNFβG252A gene between the patients and control group(P 0.05).Conclusion No evident association is found between TNFα-308G / A,TNFβG252A polymorphism and endometriosis.
