NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THE FIELD OF SEARCHING FOR DIAGNOSTIC MARKERS OF ENDOMETRIOSIS DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESSION

Эндометриоз является распространенным гинекологическим заболеванием среди пациенток репродуктивного периода, которое оказывает существенное негативное влияние на качество их жизни. Диагностика эндометриоза может быть длительной и занимать до 8–12 лет. Выявление заболевания на ранней стадии в отсутствие клинических симптомов повышает шансы предотвратить его прогрессирование и развитие возможных осложнений. В этой связи представляется актуальным поиск эффективных неинвазивных маркеров, которые имеют первостепенное значение в ранней диагностике эндометриоза. Перспективны дальнейшие исследования новых комбинаций исследуемых показателей и других неинвазивных методов совместно с изучением новых технологий в целях своевременного выявления данного заболевания, назначения необходимого лечения и сохранения репродуктивной функции. Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease among patients of the reproductive period, which has a significant negative impact on their quality of life. The period of diagnosis of this disease can be long and take up to 8–12 years. Detection of endometriosis at an early stage in the absence of clinical symptoms increases the opportunity to prevent the progression of the disease and the development of possible complications. In this regard, the current direction is to search for more effective non-invasive markers, which are of paramount importance in the early diagnosis of endometriosis. Further studies of new combinations of the studied indicators and other non-invasive methods are promising, together with the study of new technologies in order to timely detect this disease, prescribe the necessary treatment and preserve reproductive function.
