Оценка эффективности комплексной диагностики и оперативного лечения миомы матки в сочетании с внутренним эндометриозом

This work is designed to establish standard methods of investigations for women of reproductive age with uterine myoma and endometriosis taking into consideration not only the use of ultrasound but also of hysteroscopy and compulsary hysterography. This method allows not only the correct preoperative diagnosis of endometriosis in combination with uterine myoma in 82 % of the cases but also allows to monitor the effectiveness of the methods of treatment used to study the short term and long term (10 or more years) results. To preserve the organs of the reproductive system as well as the architecture of pelvic organs among patients with endometriosis and uterine myoma it is recommended that the volume of surgical intervention be limited to supravaginal amputation of the corpus of the uterus with excision of the endocervix in the abscence of extrauterine heterotopics. This method of operational treatment of women with myoma of the uterus alongwith endometriosis has allowed the reduction of short and long term complications and the prophylaxis of residual endometriosis of different localizations.
