Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of different surgical techniques in treatment of adenomyosis and the impacts on ovarian function.Methods:134 patients with adenomyosis were selected,according to the demands of the patients,86 patients received lesion excision of adenomyosis,while 48 patients received subtotal hysterectomy;the remission situation,menstrual quantity,abdominal pain,pain during intercourse and ovarian function in the two groups were followed up and compared after surgery.Results:After surgery,in subtotal hysterectomy group,the serum estradiol level decreased significantly,dysmenorrhea disappeared completely,no recurrence occurred.In lesion excision of adenomyosis group,the change of serum estradiol level was not obvious after surgery,dysmenorrhea relieved obviously,but partial cases recurred.Conclusion:Lesion excision of adenomyosis can improve the symptoms and don't affect ovarian function in treatment of adenomyosis.
