Abstract

31歳, 女性の恥丘部に生じた皮膚子宮内膜症の1例を報告した。右鼠径ヘルニア手術の既往あり。初診の半年前から右恥丘部に大豆大の皮下腫瘤が出現, 月経時に増強する圧痛を認めた。全摘生検術を実施し, 病理組織学的に子宮内膜症と診断した。成人女性の外陰部に皮下腫瘤をみた時には, 稀ではあるが本症も鑑別疾患に入れ, 月経に伴う症状を問診すべきである。
