Abstract
The article evaluates the medical and social aspects of gynecological morbidity in the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2002 -2011. The primary and overall incidence of genital diseases among girls has been found to decrease. On th contrary, women over 18 show the growth of all diseases, except erosion and cervical ectropium, the incidence of which has decreased over time. The study has established a direct correlation between the incidence of menstrual disorders, endometriosis, and the level of sterility.
