Clinical Analysis of 48 Cases of Laparoscopic Assistant Vaginal Total Hysterectomy

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the feasibility,advantage and clinical value of laparoscopic assistant vaginal total hysterectomy.Methods:Retrospective research was carried out on clinical data of 48 patients with uterine myoma,adenomyosis and dysfunctional uterine bleeding.All patients were treated by laparoscopic assistant vaginal total hysterectomy.Result:48 patients were successfully treated by transvaginal surgery,without any one transformed to ventrotomy and any trauma of adjacent organs.The average time of surgery was 90 minutes(65-164 minutes),and the average of bleeding loss during operation was 155 ml(100-250 ml),and the average length of hospitalization was 7.5 days(6-9 days).There was no case of postoperative infection.Conclusion:Laparoscopic assistant vaginal total hysterectomy extends the indications of total hysterectomy,possessing the merits advantage of safety,small truma and quick recovery.It is worthwhile to promote surgical hysterectomy.
