Abstract

Objective To observe and study the changes of serum and tissue osteopontin(OPN),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),high-mobility group box 1protein(HMGB1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and its receptors in patients with endometriosis. Methods Seventy-five patients with endometriosis in our hospital from July 2011to December 2013were the observation group,75patients with trauma operation at the same time were the control group. The serum levels and tissue positive rates of OPN,CA125,HMGB1,VEGF and its receptors of two groups were compared, and positive rates of patients with different stages and types were compared. Results The serum levels and tissue positive rates of OPN,CA125,HMGB1,VEGF and its receptors of observation group were all higher than those of control group, and the serum levels and tissue positive rates in patients with higher stages and deep infiltrative lesions were higher than those of patients with lower stages and without deep infiltrative lesions, all P0.05.Conclusion The serum and tissue OPN,CA125,HMGB1,VEGF and its receptors of patients with endometriosis are higher, and the influence of stages and whether or not with deep infiltrative lesions is also significant.
