Некоторые иммунологические показатели перитонеальной жидкости у больных эндометриозом, перенесших оперативное лечение в комплексе с иммунотерапией

We have examined 45 women with different forms of genital endometriosis. The level of IL-lα, IL-8, IFN-γ in peritoneal fluid were studied. The comparison of the obtained results with the degree of endometriosis extension shiwed that the progressive disease is accompanied by hyperproduction of IL-lα and IL-8, as well as by the decrease in the IFN-γ levels and decrease in CD3+, CD4+ and macrophages contents in peritoneal fluid. The efficacy of Polyoxidonium and Cycloferon applied as immunocorrective preparations was proved by clinical and immunological parameters. (Med. Immunol., 2003, vol. 5, № 5-6, pp 571 -576)
