中药“异位康”颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究

Abstract
目的：探讨中药“异位康”颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis EMT）的临床效果及作用机制。方法：EMT患者100例，随机分为2组，治疗组50例，给予“异位康”颗粒口服，对照组50例给予丹那唑（Danazol）口服，观察两组治疗前后患者症状体征改善情况、血清免疫球蛋白含量、补体C3含量、变化。结果：治疗组能显著改善患者症状和体征，总有效率84％。两组治疗结果相比差异无显著性，P〉0．05。治疗组体液免疫IgG、IgA、IgM、C3水平治疗后明显下降，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：中药“异位康”颗粒是治疗EMT的有效方法，值得推广。
