Clinical effect of laparoscope in treating infertility with 118 patients

Objective To discuss the clinical value of the technology of laparoscope in treating the pelvic disease of the patients who had infertility.Method We diagnosed and treated 118cases of pelvic situation of patients who had infertility in Gynaecology of GuiZhou Aerospace Hospital from January 2005 to December 2010,and observed the pregnant rate after operation.Results In 118 cases,108 cases of patients had pelvic disease,which was 91.5%.Among them,the inflammation was the first serious factor,meanwhile,the model of endometriosis was the second,then,the polycystic ovary was the third.The pregnant rate after the operation of the laparoscope was 52.50%.Conclusion The operation of laparoscope is valuable in treating the women patients′ pelvic disease who with infertility
