Clinical Application in Treating Infertility Under Combined Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy

Objective:To explore the clinical value and the mainpoints of the usage combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in treating infertility.Methods:52 cases which treated with above technique were selected different surgery methods and valued operative effect according to each patient's condition found during operation.Results:All the 52cases of patients had been detected etiology of infertility,which diagnosed 11 myoma of uterus,5 information of uterus,8 cases of endometriosis,2 tuberclosis,31 pelvic inflammatory disease,28 cases fallopian tube obsaruction,9 cases polycystic ovarian,9 endometrialpolyps,8 cases ovary cysts.Conclusions:Not only this combination surgery can detect and treat the etiology,but also it can carry hydrotubation to observe the shape of fallopian tube and diagnose prognosis.
