Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with Chinese and Western medicine treatment of endometriosis(EM).Methods 82 cases of EM laparoscopic surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases of control group were treated by the mifepristone,41 cases of the observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The two groups were compared statistically. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than the control group with 78.05%(P 0.05).Ovulation after the drug therapy, menstrual recovery time and one year cumulative pregnancy rate were better in the observation group than the control group(P 0.05).The occurrence of the weight gain, vaginal dryness, vaginal spotting, elevated aminotransferases, joint pain, and acne were lower in the observation group than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with Chinese and Western medicine has best effect on EM patients, with high safety, reliability, and fewer adverse reactions.
