Abstract

Objective:To explore the operational diagnosis way of endometriosis.Methods:132 patients with endometriosis were treated by using television peritoneoscope and trans-abdominal operation respectively.Results:The patients who demanded to reserve fertility were all given laparoscopic operation,and those who demanded to reserve ovary function were all given hysterectomy,for the cases of radical resection,trans-abdominal operation was performed.Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation is the best way of the conservative surgery to diagnose and treat endometriosis.For the patients with celiac extensive adhesion and severe adenomyosis,it is relatively safer to use the traditional trans-abdominal operations.
