Postoperative Combined Medicine Therapy to Patients with Endometriosis in Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect on pregnancy after laparoscopy in treating mild-severe endometriosis combined with gestrinone or gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue,GnRH-a.Methods:A retrospective analysis on the clinical material of 112 women with mild-severe endometriosis,who were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010.All paitents choose different medicine by themselves,to compare the recurrence rate,the natural pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions,etc.Results:All patients were confirmed pathological diagnosis of endometriosis.Follow-up to September 2011,gestrinone,triptorelin group recurrence rates were 3.85%,3.33%,no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The natural conception rate of Gestrinone group was 56.25%,lower than triptorelin group,no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative combined Gestrinone or triptorelin can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of endometriosis,but their natural conception rate remain to be seen.
