Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treating infertility women. Methods:During 1997-2005 we collected 150 cases of infertility and used hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy to find out the reasons of infertility,at the same time we tried to treat them. Results:We found the maior reasons of fertility in 150 cases were pelvic adhesion and the obstruction of fallopian tube. The minor reasons were uterine polyps and normal pelvis,as well as endometriosis and ovary tumor. We treated all 150 cases with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy. After operation, the incidence of pregnancy was about 48.8%.Conclusions:Under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy the reasons of fortility can be diagnosed and evaluated under one anesthesia,at the same time patients can alss be treated. This kind of procedure is valuable and should be encouraged to be performed.
