Clinical application of laparoscopic combined gynecologic and surgical procedure in Xinjiang

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic combined gynecologic and surgical procedure in treatment of gynecologic diseases combined with cholecystitis and gallstones in Xinjiang.Methods:Thirty-two patients underwent combined gynecologic and surgical procedure,including one case of uterine myoma and gallbladder polyps,four cases of uterine myoma and stone of gallbladder,two cases of uterine myoma,ovarian benign tumor and gallbladder polyps,five cases of uterine myoma,ovarian benign tumor and stone of gallbladder,three cases of ovarian benign tumor and gallbladder polyps,thirteen cases of benign ovarian tumor and stone of gallbladder,and four cases of pelvic endometriosis and stone of gallbladder.Results:All operations were successfully completed.There was no conversion to open surgery,nor did perioperative complications occur.The operation time was 90-160min.Blood loss ranged from 5 to 200ml(average 70ml).The postoperative hospital stay was 5-7d.No obvious gynecologic or surgical abnormality was found in the follow-up of 1-3 months.Conclusions:Combined laparoscopic surgery can safely and effectively solve many kinds or multi-location diseases for one time.With advantages of less trauma and quicker recovery,the operation should be carried out widely in Xinjiang,but the indication must be well controlled.
