Zusammenfassung Diogenest (DNG, 17α-Cyanomthyl-17β-hydroxy-estra-4,9.dien-3-on) ist ein oral wirksames Gestagen mit antigonadotropen, mittelstark gestagenen und antiandrogenen Eigenschaften.
