Literature Study on Acupoint Selection and Compatibility of Acupuncture in the Treatment for Endometriosis Based on Data Mining Acupuncture in Treating

Objective:Toprovidereferenceforclinicaltreatmentofendometriosisbyanalyzingacupointselection and compatibility of acupuncture in treating endometriosis from Wan Fang and VIP database on the basis of TCM inheritance system(V2.0) and obtaining new prescriptions. Methods: Acupuncture prescriptions for endometriosis were collected and screened from Wan Fang and VIP databases, and typed into TCM inheritance system, the prescriptions were analyzed by data mining method to summarize the laws of the prescriptions. Results: Altogether41 pieces of prescriptions met the standard and were chosen, the frequency of the points in the prescriptions and the combinations of common points were identified, seven new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion: TCM inheritance system is an important auxiliary tool for digging into and analyzing acupoint selection and compatibility,the acupoints in the prescriptions selected by the system could provide reference for clinical treatment of endometriosis.
