Analysis on 68 cases with complication of endometriosis after female tubal ligation

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the relation between female tubal ligation and endometriosis. Methods: 68 cases which had been diagnosed as endometriosis by peritoneoscope after accepting tubal ligation in this hospital in recent 8 years were selected. The ways of tubal ligation, the complication and clinical symptom of post-ligation, the stage of endometriosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results: It was very possible to be complicated by endometriosis after tubal ligation, even in different methods. 53% of patients emerged typically clinical symptom of endometriosis. 14.7% of patients were complicated by endometriosis in all the patients who accured celiac fistula after ligation. Conclusion: It was possible to be complicated by endometriosis after tubal ligation. If the patients complicated with bellyache, dysmenorrhea and pelvic tumour. They should accept peritoneoscope in order to in favor of the diagnosis and treatment.
