Clinical Analysis on 19 Cases of Rupture of Ovary Endometriosis Cysts

Objective To probe into the diagnosis and cure of the rupture of ovary endometriosis cysts.Methods Analyze the clinical data of 19 patients who have got the rupture of ovary of endometriosis cysts.Results The rate of getting sick:2.90%(6/207) from 1988 to 2000,and(6.05)%(13/215)from 2001 to 2005.Both rates compared,it is significantly different(P0.01);Misdiagnosis rate: 66.67%(4/6)from 1988 to 2000,and 23.08%(3/13)from 2001 to 2005.Both rates compared,it is significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion The rate of getting ruptured for the endometriosis cysts increases with the ascending of endometriosis.Operation is necessary to cure such disease.The operation methods and ranges vary with the ages,symptoms, pathological states and stages,and also the need of pregnancy of the patients.
