Study on Endomitriosis due to Organochlorine Pesticides Interfere with Immune and Endocrine of Women

Objective To provide scientific evidence for organic pesticide-induced endometriosis through clinical comparetive study of immune and endocrine in women with endometriosis suffering from methoxychlor(MXC) interfere in rural area.Method A total of 50 cases of EMs exposed to MXC were in the observation group,50 cases of EMs not exposed to MXC EMs were in the control group,30 normal women served as are ference value.Serum MXC was determined by gas chromatography,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P) levels,immune factors interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) were detected by ELISA to observe the correlation between MXC and sex hormones.Results Sex hormones of two groups were compared with the normal group,FSH,LH,E2,P of stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ,Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage EMs in the observation group,FSH of stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ,FSH,E2,P of Ⅲ~Ⅳ EMs in the control group had statistical significance(P0.05,P0.01,P0.001).FSH,LH,E2,P were statistically different between the observation group and the control group(P0.05,P0.001).IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α ofⅠ~Ⅱ,Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage EMs were significantly different between the control group and the normal group(P0.05,P0.01,P0.001).MXC correlation with the sex hormones showed that low,middle,high residue of MXC was positively correlated with FSH and negatively correlated with E2,there were statistical differences(P0.05).Conclusions MXC and FSH,LH,E2,P have some relevance.Endometriosis mainly caused by MXC interfering the secretion of sex hormones.
