Abstract
Endometriosis is not yet proven how to arise. But, it is one of the most common disorder in gynecology. Ovary is the most common site, but it can involve the intra- or extrapelvic organ and postoperative scar. Endometriosis at the abdominal wall is associated with cyclic abdominal pain and palpable mass. Medical therapy may help to reduce the symptom but not effective to reduce the recurrence. The surgery is treatment of choice of endometriosis at the abdominal wall. We report a case of endometriosis at the site of abdominal wall scar following cesarean section.
