Коррекция репродуктивной функции у женщин, проживающих в йоддефицитном регионе

This article presents the results of studying 54 women with proliferative goiter. The authors summarized and analyzed the data of their reproductive function peculiarities, their clinical curses and complications. The treatment problems of proliferative goiter, associated with Helicobacter pylori were studied. After complete Helicobacter pylori eradication the efficiency of this treatment was 90% and more. We registered the improvement of hormonal status in women, recovery of ovulatory menstrual cycles (54%) and normalization of structure and function of thyroid gland. The authors give variants of preventive procedures to restore fertility in the women of this group. The results of this study may contribute to working out pathogeneti-cally proved methods of treatment aimed at correction of reproductive function at the women in iodine deficient regions.
