This study addresses the critical gap by investigating the role of AI-powered leadership in enhancing organizational performance, with a focus on the mediating effect of organizational learning within technology-driven companies. The research aims to elucidate how AI integration in leadership influences performance outcomes by fostering continuous learning and adaptation. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were collected from 384 managers and employees across multiple high-tech firms using a structured questionnaire based on a 7-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to test the hypothesized relationships and mediation effects. Results reveal that AI-enabled leadership significantly improves organizational performance both directly and indirectly by strengthening organizational learning capabilities. The mediating role of organizational learning was confirmed, indicating that AI facilitates knowledge acquisition, sharing, and application, which in turn drives superior performance. These findings underscore the strategic importance of embedding AI technologies in leadership processes to cultivate a learning-oriented culture that enhances agility and innovation. The study contributes novel empirical evidence on the intersection of AI, leadership, and organizational learning, advancing theoretical understanding and offering practical insights for managers seeking to leverage AI for sustainable competitive advantage. This research pioneers the integration of AI-powered leadership with learning theory in the context of high-technology sectors, employing rigorous SEM analysis (p < 0.001) to validate its conceptual framework. Future research should explore longitudinal impacts and sector-specific adaptations of AI in leadership.
