Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone on blood rheology and uterine artery hemodynamics of en dometriosis patients.Methods A total of 68 patients with endometriosis from 2010 January to 2012 December were ac cording to whether the medicalion divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group took mifepristone after operation.Patients in the control group took nothing after operation.Compared level of blood rheology and uterine artery hemodynamics of two groups.Results Twelve weeks after treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than the one of control group,difference between the two groups indicat ed statistical significance.Maximum blood flow velocity of left and right uterine artery of observation group were higher than the one of control group,Pulsatility index,resistance index of observation group were lower than the one of control group,comparative difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Mifepristone can relieve the symptom of endometriosis patients,increase efficiency of treatment,promote the rehabilitation of patients,therefore it is applicable to clinical treatment.
