Clinical analysis of mifepristone combination with surgical treatment of abdominal wall after cesarean section incision endometriosis

Objective To research endometriosis in the abdominal wall after cesarean section incision.Methods Thirty-six cases of patients who came to our hospital for cesarean section abdominal incision endometriosis treatment were selected.All of the patients were given drugs for adjuvant treatment after traditional surgery.19 patients who used the gestrinone after the operation as the control group,and 17 patients who used the mifepristone as the observation group.Followed up for 8-12 months after surgery.The treatment effect and recurrence of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05);The recurrence,complications of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Using the mifepristone based on the traditional treatment can effectively increase the therapeutic effect of cesarean section abdominal incision endometriosis.
