Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of GnRH-α in treatment of patients with endometriosis after laparoscope surgery.Methods 185 endometriosis patients who got laparoscope surgery were randomly divided into the observation group(93 cases) and the control group(92 cases),and took GnRH-α and gastrinone,respectively.After 24 months follow-up,the outcomes of pelvic cavity symptom improvement,recurrence and pregnancy were observed.Results After treatment,the pelvic cavity symptom improvement (87.1％ ) and pregnancy rate (79.3 ％ ) in the observation group was higher than those of the control group(70.7％,52.4％ ) (x2 =7.517,4.059,all P ＜0.05),and the recurrence rate( 19.4％ ) in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(34.8％ )(x2 =5.581,P ＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of endometriosis with GnRH-α combined with laparoscope surgery could attain desirable effect.Compared with gastrinone,it could effectively improve pelvic cavity symptom,decrease recurrence and increase the rate of pregnancy.
