Utilization of Pelvic Ultrasonography and CA125 Level to Diagnose Uterine Myoma and Adenomyosis
Transvaginal ultrasonography accurately detected uterine myoma (100%), while CA125 was more specific (77%) and sensitive (87.5%) for adenomyosis, with combined use improving adenomyosis detection accuracy.
