It is known that among the acute surgical diseases in children incarcerated inguinal hernia is quite common and leads to thedevelopment of serious complications (bowel strangulation, strangulation ovary in girls, testicular acute impairment of circulationin boys and others). The purpose of the study was the effi ciency of surgical treatment for children with incarcerated inguinalhernia by improving operational tactics. When performing laparoscopic correction of strangulated inguinal hernia in childrenhydro dissection of internal inguinal ring tissue was offered, using a 0.9 % solution of NaCl, which signifi cantly reduces therisk of injury. Also, it was offered to enter the lumen of the hernia sac N-butyl cyanoacrylate (enbukrilat), a medical adhesiveliquid form, biocompatible, hemostatic, antibacterial, non-toxic drug that prevents the formation of secondary infl ammatoryreactions. Its insertion into the lumen of the hernia sac increases reliability purse-string seam eliminates the risk of recurrence ofhernia anagenesis reduces surgery time. We proved that among the measures aimed atthe restoration of the drainage of the testes disorder and obliteration disorder of the vaginal process of peritoneum in boys andto preserve the vascularization of the ovary in girls the following measures dominate: early surgical treatment of children, theuse of pathogenesis reasonable way of surgical correction of pathology at the deep inguinal rings using modern laparoscopictechnique.
