Abstract

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery of ovarian endometrioma on ovarian reserve function.Methods 80 cases with laparoscopic surgery of ovarian endometrioma from Jun 2008 to Jun 2010 were divided into A group and B group.37 cases in A group were unilateral ovarian endometrioma,while 43 cases in B group were bilateral ovarian endometrioma.35 cases with laparoscopic surgery of ovarian teratoma were chose as control group.The change of LH,E2 and FSH before and after operation were compared in each group,and the recovery condition of FSH were followed up by 6 months and 1 year after operation.Results FSH were obviously improved,E2 and LH were obviously decreased in B group after opeation.The difference had statistical significance(P 0.05).The difference of each hormone level had no statistical significance in A group and control group after operation.Compared with control group,FSH were obviously improved,E2 and LH were obviously decreased in B group after opeation.The difference had statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery of ovarian endometrioma has certain effect on ovarian reserve function.
