Clinical observation of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in treatment of infertility 256 cases

Objective To explore the advantages of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of women with infertility.Methods To have physical examination and the operation on the 256 patients who have a clear cause of disease by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopye.Results Pelvic inflammatory disease,pelvic cavity adhesions,salpingemphraxis were the main cause of women with infertility,endometriosis and the pathological changes of cavitary uteri were also the reasons.Compared with the diagnosis and treatment of women with infertility by simple elaparoscope treatment,the advantages of the diagnosis and treatment by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy was obvious.Conclusions Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy surgery can diagnose the cavitas pelvis and uteri of women with infertility directly,exactly and all roundly,improve the achievement ratio of oviducal deoppilation.
