Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of two conservative operations and the postoperative endocrine therapy on endometrioid cyst. Methods:A total of 96 patients with endometrioid cyst admitted in our hospital from 2002 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into groups A and B.Group A underwent operative laparoscopy;group B accepted laparotomy cystectomy. Results:There were significan diffrences on the days of staying, the time of having wind from bowels and the duration of taking antibotics between two groups.Group A was better than group B(P0.05).No difference of the operative time and the quantity of bleeding during operation were found between laparoscope and laparotomy operations(P0.05).Conclusions:The laparoscopic operation is a good option for the patients with endometrioid cyst.
