Effect of Luo′s neiyi recipe on the concentration of ICAM-1 and IL-8 in the peritoneal fluid cytology among the infertility patients with endometriosis.

Objective: To investigate the effect of Luo′s neiyi recipe on the peritoneal fluid cytology in the infertility patients with endometriosis.Methods: Compared with nemestran group,the cells in the peritoneal fluid were stimulated by drug-containing serum in vitro,and the alterations in the concentration of ICAM-1 and IL-8 were detected by the quantitative PCR of the immunizing co-stimulate molecule mRNA.Results: Different concentrations of drug-containing serum had the different improving function to the ICAM-1 and IL-8.Conclusion: Luo′s neiyi recipe has a obvious protective action to the peritoneal fluid cytology in the infertility patients with endometriosis.
