Abstract

The efficiency of using a progestogen-containing contraceptive Laktinet, which contains 75 mkg of desogestrel, in the treatment of 31 patents after delivery is studied in the article. It is determined that taking this medication daily in the course of 12 months after delivery, by patients with clinically pronounced genital endometriosis before theactual pregnancy and delivery, allows to provide effective contraception in the postpartum period, including the period of nursing without a negative impact on lactation, to prolong the period of anovulation, to prevent the recurrence of clinical symptoms of the disease and the occurrence of the new nidi of an endometriosis, to avoid the necessity to prescribe hormonal medications with high levels of progestogen.
